Class Style: Demo Class (max 12 participants)

Time: 2 hours 2pm- 4pm (the class is 90 minutes of guided activities, and includes 30 minutes at the end to wrap up your work!)

Get ready to sit back and watch the parade on Thanksgiving morning.  No need to stress about breakfast because we’ve got the rolls and the breads covered.   In this class we’ll watch Annie make the dough for cinnamon rolls.  She’ll talk us through all of the tips and tricks to making a delicious classic cinnamon rolls, apple cinnamon swirl brioche and pumpkin cinnamon quick bread.  

We’ll help you wrap and freeze and everyone will leave with a batch of cinnamon roll, a loaf of brioche and quick bread

This is a demo class.  There will be individual hands on elements, but most of the class with be group work.  Everyone will leave with their own cake. There will be a maximum of 12 people per class. 

You do not need to bring anything to class we have all the supplies including aprons and packaging for your finished product.
