Time: 3 hours 10am- 1pm (the class is 2.5 hours of guided activities, and includes 30 minutes at the end to wrap up your work!)
This class is designed for those looking to develop the confidence to make their own St. Honore Pastry on your own. A Master Class provides significant one-on-one time with the Pastry Chef, Annie Clemmons. Participants will work at their own station to practice the art of making French macarons.
A classic and a challenge. The St. Honore cake is the ultimate test in wills and skills. Join Chef Annie for this Master class in French pastry skill. She’ll walk you, step-by-step, through the process and assembly of a Pumpkin Praline St. Honore cake. You will have your own station and will complete everything which includes: baking the puff base, making chaux pastry puffs, pastry cream and caramel. Due to time, this class will not include the full lamination process for the puff base.
Everyone will assemble their own creation to take with them.
You do not need to bring anything to class we have all the supplies including aprons and packaging for your finished product.
