Class Style: Master Class (max 6 participants)

Time: 3 hours 10am- 1pm (the class is 2.5 hours of guided activities, and includes 30 minutes at the end to wrap up your work!)

No short cuts here!  We’re going to make a pie crust from scratch and fill our pie with a full pound of fresh sweet potatoes.   Even will work at their own station making their own crust, and filling.   Chef Annie will walk us through, step-by-step, the whole process.  While our sweet potato pies are baking Annie will help us make quick sweet potato truffles, which will make a delicious accent your desert table.  

We’ll help you wrap for freezing, both the pie and truffles, and each participant will take home their creations and a frozen pie crust to create another pie at home.  

Everyone will assemble their own creation to take with them.  

You do not need to bring anything to class we have all the supplies including aprons and packaging for your finished product.
