Class Style: Demo Class (max 12 participants)

Time: 2 hours 2pm- 4pm (the class is 90 minutes of guided activities, and includes 30 minutes at the end to wrap up your work!)

In anticipation of Halloween we are going to make the creepiest and most delicious edible eye.  Chef Annie is going to demo her delicious red velvet cake, chocolate ganache and plum compote.  Everyone will assemble their own cake using Annie’s easy peasy half sphere technique, and after draping the cake in white fondant she’ll teach you her fool proof watercolor eye painting.  

This is a demo class.  There will be individual hands on elements, but most of the class with be group work.  Everyone will leave with their own cake. There will be a maximum of 12 people per class. 

You do not need to bring anything to class we have all the supplies including aprons and packaging for your finished product.
