TGIF Cake Workshop: Cutie Critters Valentines Day Edition! 

End the week on the sweetest note with our TGIF Cake Workshop, a full-day, start-to-finish cake decorating experience designed for creativity, confidence, and a whole lot of fun. This Friday, we’ll be building a tall, celebration-worthy cake from the ground up, finished with playful buttercream stripes, fondant Valentine’s cutie bugs, and a cascade of adorable hearts.

This immersive workshop is all about slowing down, learning the why behind the techniques, and leaving with a cake that looks just as good as it tastes. With a maximum of 6 people in the class you’ll have tons of one on one help. 

Participants will choose their own cake flavors, then learn how to build, fill, stack, and decorate their cake step by step, picking up professional tips and tricks along the way. We’ll use a specialty buttercream scraper to achieve clean, even stripes and spend time creating fondant details that add personality and charm.

You’ll learn how to:

• Select flavor and build a tall cake from start to finish

• Stack, fill, and stabilize your cake with confidence

• Create clean buttercream stripes using a specialty scraper

• Work with fondant to create two Valentine’s cutie bugs

• Add movement and charm with a cascade of fondant hearts

• Refine and finish a cake that feels polished, playful, and celebration-ready

This is a full 6-hour workshop, with a light lunch served, giving you plenty of time to learn, create, and enjoy the process without feeling rushed.

Everyone will leave with a stunning tall cake, complete with cute fondant toppers and buttercream striping — the perfect way to head into the weekend feeling accomplished, inspired, and very much in love with cake
